    We take the guesswork out of confusing food labels and give you recommended brands to purchase.  Clients often text us from the grocery store and we help them track down delicious healthy options.

  • 3. Recipes

    Each phase includes plenty of compliant, simple and delicious recipes. We're constantly testing and adding new options, and are happy to give your favorite recipes a healthy makeover! We also send seasonal and holiday recipe guides to help you celebrate in a delicious and healthy way.
