Twelve Weeks to a Healthier You!

This program is 12 weeks billed monthly at $295/month with a minimum commitment of 3 months. Cancel anytime after 12 weeks or continue on a month-to-month basis.

This program includes all materials from our program, RESET, EVOLVE, ADAPT and LIVE. You'll receive morning texts with information and key learnings as you progress through your clean eating and weight loss journey.  You only need to provide scale photos each morning and proof of your workout. You can also join our periodic webinars that are designed to help you through the program. 

It is ideal for a client who wants to eat healthier or use this program with a GLP-1 Medication, or wean off a GLP-1 after successful weight loss.  Clients with large weight loss goals should embark on our 12 week Total Transformation. 

Each Phase Packet Includes:

    • Detailed meal guidelines, with options and serving sizes
    • A pre-program shopping list with recommended brands and ingredients to avoid
    • Tips for success– including how to order out at restaurants and ways to set yourself up for success
    • Dozens of phase-compliant, delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes

1. Terms & Conditions

How We Work 

You acknowledge and agree that our coaching communication is done exclusively over email and text messages.  We do not hold client calls or conduct in-person visits.

No Refunds/Limited Right to Suspend

You acknowledge and agree that if you join the Program, it will be for a stated commitment period, and that you cannot elect to suspend or toll that stated period.  

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you provide written notice to us that you need to suspend your participation in the Program due to a medical event involving you or an immediate family member, you shall have the right to suspend your participation in the Program and the right, exercisable within one year from the date of such suspension, to elect to resume your participation in the Program for the balance of the unused commitment period. You also acknowledge and agree that we do not offer refunds.

Waiver of Liability

Neither you nor any of your heirs, personal representatives, or estate will hold responsible Sugar Snap Shift LLC or any of its agents, owners, employees, or other persons acting on its behalf (collectively, our “Representatives”) for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, or lack of results while engaged in the Program, or at any time after discontinuing the Program.  Your participation in the Program is voluntary, and by signing this agreement, you (on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives, and estate):

a.     accept responsibility for any harm, injury, illness, or death that may result from your participation,  

b.     hereby release us and our Representatives from any and all liability now and in the future, including but not limited to medical expenses, lost wages, pain, and suffering that may occur by reason of any physical consequence, including but not limited to heart attacks, muscle strains, pulls or tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, knee/lower back/foot injuries and any other illness, soreness or injury, however caused, whether occurring during or after your participation in the Program regardless of fault, including as a result of ordinary negligence on our part, and

c.      agree to indemnify and hold us and our Representatives harmless from any claims, demands, or causes of action associated with participation in the Program. 

You agree that the foregoing liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the state of New Jersey and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 

Confidentiality

You acknowledge that the Program constitutes confidential proprietary information of ours.   You agree to keep the details of the Program confidential.   You will not share, in any manner, any element of the Program, provided this restriction shall not apply to your doctor or other medical professional.

We will not share any of our clients’ personal information, photographs, results, or other personal details without their prior written consent.  Similarly, no testimonials will be shared without a client’s prior written approval.

Sugar Snap Shift LLC is a health coaching service. We are not creating a doctor-patient relationship with you. We are not medical professionals, registered dieticians or state-licensed nutritionists. We are not providing medical advice or and we do not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition. We urge you to consult your physician before making any changes in your diet, exercise, or lifestyle choices.

FAQs

I think I'm ready, but what exactly am I committing to do?

THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE “DIET”- BUT THAT’S WHY IT WORKS. You must be physically and psychologically prepared to commit to our plan. Don’t worry- we give you recipes and ideas to make it livable! We STRONGLY recommend clearing your calendar of social commitments and travel for the first ten days. While not a “cleanse” in the traditional sense, the first ten days are extremely rigorous and you will be most successful if you have control over your food preparation.  

DAILY COMMITMENTS INCLUDE 

  • Provide your weight daily 
  • Share all meals, drinks and snacks 
  • Exercise 3-4 times each week and provide proof of workout.  Workouts can be whatever moves your body and brings you joy. While exercise is important for mental and cardiovascular health and reducing the risk of disease, the majority of your success relies upon adherence to the dietary portion of the program. 
  • Being in proactive communication with your coach via text throughout the day

I travel and dine out a lot. How does that work with your plan?

We are used to this one! The vast majority of our clients travel frequently or have business and social meals out. Simply text your coaches the menu in advance, and we can help with modifications. Our Travel and Dining Out guides are great resources to guide you.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

We can never guarantee results, and the biggest factor in your success is your willingness to adhere to the program and commitments. That said, we have helped clients to lose anywhere from five pounds to over 85 lbs. Our average amount lost is 19.7 lbs.

You set your goals when you sign up, our only request is that your target weight fall within CDC guidelines for a healthy BMI. Our clients who are the most successful do the following things

  • experiment with new foods and the recipes we provide 
  • are thorough, accurate and honest in reporting their food and workouts are proactive in their communication with us
  • we don't have to chase them down for check ins
  • have the active support of family and friends 
  • meal prep on weekends, and plan ahead for the week bring food to social events and when traveling 
  • exercise in a way that is varied and enjoyable (walks, spin, yoga, toning) 

Most clients see a significant loss the first week as their body clears of processed food, which slows to a more sustainable rate as the program continues. A sustainable rate of weight loss is typically 1-2 lbs a week.

What kind of food is this? Is it vegan or plant based?

Our proprietary REAL Phase system is based upon eating real, whole foods as nature intended- primarily plants and organic, lean protein. Certain food groups are avoided but we provide plenty of options and variety to make it interesting! It is most closely related to a paleo diet, but is in a phased approach most conducive to weight loss.

I'm not into cooking, and have no time. Do I need to spend hours meal prepping?

If you like to cook, great! We give tons of recipes and ideas for delicious foods your whole family will enjoy. Clients who experiment with recipes at home tend to have the most enjoyable and successful time on the program.

That said, we have had MANY clients who barely cooked beyond scrambling a few eggs. We can help you navigate healthy take out and leverage prepared foods at the grocery store to make meal prep a breeze!
